We returned to La Boheme after several years because we received a gift certificate. We had the van Gogh suite, which is romantic and has lots of character. The bathroom was a bit of a problem, there are no surfaces or counters to put anything! We had a very enjoyable dinner which was well-prepared. The service was very pleasant and... More

The room was 2-bedroom, living room, 4-pc bathroom & kitchenette. It was important for me to have a kitchenette because I was taking a course and wanted to make my lunch for each day and prepare a thermos of coffee to take also. I asked for a cereal bowl and other items to complete the usefulness of the kitchen and... More

We stayed for the "Great Escape" package for our anniversary. It was was a very enjoyable evening. A lovely 5 course French meal, and a decent wine menu. Wine and cheese was waiting for us back in the room. We had a great conversation with the owner during Dinner, who was very pleasant. I would have to say he was... More

We arrived at a this wonderful european style B & B at 8:30 on a Sunday night. Greeted by a middle aged man. We let him know that we were hungrey after being on the road all day. At which time he had let us know that they kitchen had closed 45 minutes earlier and took us upstairs to our... More

We took the "great escape package" -- one hight plus 5-course dinners plus continental breakfast served in our room. We enjoyed the experience -- the food was outstanding; the suite had lots of character - it came with a fireplace, three(!) bedrooms, and a sitting room. The hotel was built in 1912 and it does need renovating. The carpets are... More

After reading other reviews of La Boheme's restaurant, I was a little worried. In the end, though, our experience was not a disappointment at all. We were 15 minutes late but were still given a nice table by the window. Our server, Adrian, was friendly and very knowledgeable about the wine, and when dessert took a little while to arrive,... 4 of us stayed here in Dec on our way to the mts. Passengers on our greyhd raved how qauint it was. We all liked supporting mom pop places so were surprised they had sp. when we called. Waited 10 mins before someone answered the door. The lady seemed annoyed. Check in was another 15mins. Think they are short staffed.... More

My wife and I stayed there on a package deal: a room and dinner. The dinner was fantastic. Everything tasted superb. It is a small restaurant but nicely decorated. We did not go to the bar. We stayed in the Toulouse Lautrec room. It was very nice. But keep in mind that "Historic" is the theme here. Most hotels build... More

After hearing great things in a book about this tiny little boutique in a historic area of Edmonton, three friends and I decided to go to the restaurant for dessert after dinner one night, the B&B only a short walk away from where we were. When we arrived, it was made very clear by the staff that while advertising themselves... More
