Quick trip to city, needed room for one night close to Misercordia Hospital. Chose for good rate and location. No complaints, room was clean, comfy and quiet. Had breakfast in cafe, very friendly waiter and quick service. Nothing out of the ordinary, good or bad.

MY CREDIT CARD WAS CHARED OVER A THOUSAND DOLLARS FOR TWO NIGHTS STAY. The charges should have been 140 dollars a night with a later told additional 20 dollar pet fee. This was my 2nd time running a conference at this facility. Staff at the hotel as well as the conference centre are very helpful. The food from catering was good portion and quality, the food in the restaurant is also very tasty. The rooms are adequate and comfortable....great night sleep.

Booked this hotel over the phone the day of arrival while driving through Edmonton. Apparently they only had 2 rooms left so they put us on the old side which didn't really matter.
