The best hotel on our week long trip, though I still can't get over teh early check out and late check in policies. We stayed for 1 night and did not use the amenities but we enjoyed the jacuzzi that was so big my 6'3" hubby could sit and keep himself completely submerged! The bedroom had soaring 20 foot ceilings and the bed was nice. There also was 2 massage jeta in the shower! The room was very fancy looking and very clean.... more

We accidentally stayed at the Sandman in West Calgary, because all of the other chain hotels had been sold out for the particular evening we are in the city. Stayed here for 3 nights in July for my cousin's wedding. Our family had about 4 rooms booked. DISGUSTING! Had a mouse in our room! We checked in and the tub was dirty and the fridge smelled like garbage. We asked them to clean it and they said they would. When we returned there was no difference. We asked to see another room. That room had a "stain" on the beadspread so we stayed in the original room.... more
