I was in Calgary on business and that hotel management and staff bent over backwards to meet my needs and special requests...even helping me put together a gift bag with items I couldn't take on the plane. The food in the dining area was excellent as well and there are lots of sitting places for impromptu business meetings.

Clean modern rooms, nice/roomy shower, comfortable bed, quiet, great customer service, complimentary airport shuttle. 15 min to airport by shuttle which must be prearranged at front desk prior to time needed.
