Won't ever stay. Ball tourney cancelled 11am Friday. They are still charging us full price of room. I understand policies, but really?? How can I know 24 hours prior that a tournament is going to be cancelled. So I'm going to drive 3 hours to spend the night just so I can get my money's worth??

The front desk staff were rude and argumentive and slow. The rooms were dirty and overall maintenance of hotel is run down and dirty.
