After booking a room online (through a third party) I mistakenly booked a smoking room and Loreta at the front desk had zero customer service when she informed us we had to pay an extra $10 to switch. The room prices were identical, it was a Sunday with few guests but Loreta hid behind "policy" and has lost our business...
