The view and setting is spectacular, but most rooms are not air conditioned and become uncomfortably over heated from Summer sunshnie. We only were able to squeeze in the Fairmont Chateau Lake Louise for one night, but so glad we did. As expected at a Fairmont hotel service and rooms were excellent. Our room was large, clean, very nicely appointed and spacious with a front and centre view of the lake. Hotel offered an upgrade after our room wasn't ready on arrival. Food at hotel is also excellent. We also recommend the Deli for breakfast. more
