We booked a room on the gold level overlooking lake louise and the view was absolutely breathtaking. If you stay at this hotel, ensure you get a view overlooking the lake as it is exactly like a postcard picture. The water actually looks aquamarine and is pristine. This hotel is located on beautiful Lake Louise. Our room was not ready at check-in time (4 pm). After complaining, we were finally given a room. This hotel is in a great location. However, staff are poorly trained and the hotel will not honor your room type if not booked directly with them. Food is extremely expensive and of poor quality. Expect to be processed not serviced. This hotel is over rated. more
