I will most definitally return to The Riverside Bed and Breakfst. The staff here are charming,and the views are incredible. We felt so welcomed and at home during our stay. We are greatful to have found such a relaxing and quiet vaction spot in Banff and look forward to our next visit. Thank you for our lasting memories. more

We had booked 4 nights at Riverside and only stayed one! It certainly does not live up to it's website. We had the room at the back, windows did not open, the window dressing was scruffy nets One window was permanently open with bodged netting for ventilation. I have stayed here 7 times now and love it. I park the car for the weekend and can walk along the river, to the restaurants, shops, or catch the bus easily for the ski hills. we stayed at this B and b and were very disappointed with the service of proprietor who did not bother to get up to provide a breakfast or even welcome us on arrival. we had to get our own breakfast and it was expensive by comparison.The accommodation was only "adequate" when compared with our other B and B . more
