We stayed here for three nights during our honeymoon in western Canada. On arrival we were upgraded to a loft apartment. Non-suite rooms are small but you will be walking around Banff! The queen size bed is comfortable. Room has flatscreen TV. Bathroom is nice. Hairdryer and iron available. We booked a standard room on the 3rd floor and after staying one night found it to be small and cramped even for two people so for $30.00 we upgraded to the one bedroom suite on the 1st floor which was MARVELOUS and well worth the extra cost.
