Value for money was fantastic (I was staying in off season). The rooms were a bit out dated but were still in good condition, pleasant enough and a very good size. Location was great and use of the spa pool next door was an added bonus. More

The Driftwood is a basic value budget hotel. Very basic decor but for the price it is great. There are three hotels on the same property and the ameneties are located in the main hotel which is the Ptarmigan Inn. Good location and a keen price for basic but adequate and clean accommodation. Only issue is noise, from the corridor, outside the window and also the horn of a train passing through. Take ear plugs if you're a light sleeper like me. More

I found the location to be perfect right on Banff ave. The rooms were very clean and the staff were very friendly and accommodating. One of the girl's at the front desk named Sophie even brought us around Banff on her day off. Cheap prices and a great stay! More
