Loved it! We were looking for a cozy romantic getaway and Rundlestone was the perfect place! The rooms were very clean and modern. The beds were really comfortable and the room we were in had a fantastic jacuzzi and fire place! The main lobby also has a large fireplace that we enjoyed and we were pleasantly surprised to find the... More

Upon arrival, we drove into the underground garage as instructed on the sign by the front door of the hotel. The 'warning bar' was damaged ( which we did not notice) and was actually missing. We entered through the garage door with no problem but as we advanced through the underground to seek an open space, we suddenly heard a... More

Thank you for your review. I regret the incident which occurred and am are deeply disappointed that your ski trip to Banff was less than satisfactory. The height clearance for vehicles is clearly signed (Maximum vehicle height of 6’4”) at the entrance to the underground parking lot, and the warning structure is not damaged. The chain links that hang down... More

Stayed here December 26,27, 2011. Very impressed with the room for the price. $130 Cdn (including all taxes) for a king size bed. Very quiet room. TV was great and free DVD rentals were a nice touch. Underground heated parking was a plus especially for winter. Would stay here again. More

This hotel was super awesome with a wicked friendly staff and super clean rooms it was great. We stayed for a week in our kitchenette and loved it. Close to downtown but not too close that we were bombarded with heavy traffic. Lots of space in the rooms and comfy beds. The fire place was a wonderful touch. Loved the... More

We enjoyed coming back to the same hotel where our daughter's wedding reception had been 4 months earlier. This time we were looking for an upgraded room and had the loft room recommended to us. What a fabulous recommendation! The king size bed on the main floor was a great bed. The living room area (also on the main floor)... More

Stayed here for 2 nights in the Rundle jacuzzi suite (Rm 314) and had a great time. The hotel was clean and quite although I was told that only 4 rooms were booked on our first night. Underground parking and wireless internet are included which was great. The room was cleaned daily and free wood for the fire place was... More

staff is very accommodating and all rooms come with an extra unadvertised single bed. tvs are nice and rooms are clean. toilet was plugged when we got here and got very little sleep throughout the night due to do many random mechanical and human noises. isn't a far walk to the main strip but would be in -20C or colder. It's rewarding to receive such positive feedback regarding the staff at the hotel - who always do their best to make our valued guests' feel at home at the Rundlestone. All our guest rooms come with new 42' flat screen TV's and the hotel has been the recipient of the AHLA's Good Housekeeping Award year after year. We are very... More

This was a nice hotel a short walk from the shops and restaurants. Our room had a fireplace and a jacuzzi bath. Not the nicest hotel I have ever stayed in but I have no complaints, it fit the bill. More

I have stayed at the Rundlestone a number of times and I will continue to go back on a regular basis. The staff there was incredibly friendly and helpful with all hotel and tourism needs. Our room was clean and tidy. Housekeeping services were great! The TV in our room was upgraded and far nicer than what we needed. We... More

Having stayed in hotels all around the world this is one of the worst! It was dirty and dated. The roof leaked and the ambivalence of the hotel management to complaints was aweful. The pool was cold and not clean. The bedroom smelled of smoke and the decor and soft furnishings were dated! The restaurant was dark and dingy -... More
