Our room was beautiful, very clean, large and comfortable. We don't usually use the pool at hotels, but we enjoyed the indoor swimming pool and jacuzzi in the evenings. Was expecting a real 5-star experience and it fell a little flat. The gas fireplace is on a 30-minute timer that sounds just like a wind-up egg-timer, and the noise was distracting. It seemed like a 3-star hotel with granite countertops and nicer tiler added. more

Just got back from the Delta in Banff today! The room was beautiful with a huge bathroom and a fireplace. Told them it was our anniversary and they sent wine and chocolates to our room. The Evergreen restaurant was excellent!! Staff was so friendly. Great stay!! more
