We stayed in a suite at the Rimrock in October and had the worst experience with the food and customer service. I Stayed at the Rimrock in a Grandview Room. Well worth a few extra bucks to enjoy the unobstructed view of the Valley and have some extra space. The service was fantastic and I cannot say enough about the staff and their can-do attitudes. Compared to a few other high end Banff properties, this one is definitely top shelf! more
