From the point of arrival at the front door until the departure the staff made us feel like we were the only guest in this hotel. Chris and David at the concierge desk went out of thier way to answer every question we had. The pool and spa area were a blessing after long days of hiking. more

Nice property overall, but not worth the money. The parking fees are ridiculous, you're 4km from town where else are you gonna park. At least build the price of parking into the price of the room so its not an additional charge. more

My husband and I took the Rocky Mountain Gold Leave service and was put into the Rimrock Resort because the Fairmont was fully booked. The Rocky Mountain Trip was fantasitic.
