Great location, bus from airport drops off and picks up here. Also bus to ski resorts pick up and drop off as well. Rooms were clean. Very comfortable beds. Free wifi, however, did not work that great. There was a couple of washing machines and dryers which was handy. Good place to stay.

Just returned from 3 nights in this hotel, centrally located in Banff, which isn't a ski in ski out resort, you need to drive(or bus) to Sunshine(15mins) or Lake Louise(45 mins). This hotel is a great place if you want to be centrally located in Banff. The rooms are clean, well priced and getting more modernized year after year. I like this hotel, especially the Pinnacle Suite for larger gatherings. The only downside is that there is no swimming pool.

Situation is really good. Small hotel with 3 floors. Rooms we saw were all small though that's to be expected in this area. Clean. Expect some noise if at the front due to drunken idiots of all nationalities including locals. Free wi fi is rubbish. Mountain view from rooms is fabulous.

This hotel needs sound proofing and staff that care. My husband and I stayed here for 2 nights in a standard 2 queen bed room. The room was large enough but the bathroom was the size of a closet! It truly needs reno work. The bed was ok but the pillows were terrible and lumpy.

Great staff, pleasant friendly and efficient in all areas. Excellent service during a very busy Christmas/New Year's season. Minimal wait time at front desk and quick response to anything needed. Hallway carpets slightly worn but with so many people walking through with ski boots on, easy to forgive this one imperfection. Excellent value.
