This hotel has a great setup, great rooms and a good price. The only reason it didn't get a 5 star is because it's about a 15 minute walk to downtown and when it's November in the mountains it's a little chilly. Stayed here last week and was upgraded on arrival to a loft suite. Nicely refurbished with the largest, comfiest bed upstairs. Sofa bed downstairs along with bathroom. Easy to find and plenty of parking available when we were there. Went to the Keg next door for breakfast or Melissas in the centre of Banff. more

Large, clean, comfortable rooms with one of the biggest most beautiful bathrooms we have ever seen! Comfortable beds and very quiet. Loved it! more
