Linda and Cyril are perfect hosts. We stayed here for three nights and our room was beautifully clean, the bed was cost and extremely comfortable. In the morning throw back the curtains open the French doors and take in the view. More

We stayed her mid February for a long weekend, perfect retreat if you want to get away and enjoy peace and tranquility. Views from the Lodge are amazing, a 5/10 min walk to the beach. We had a woodburner in our apartment (number 2) which was lovely. Clean, comfortable accommodation, with friendly hosts. Would recommend. More

We had decided to break up our return from Cornwall back to London with an overnight stay in Dorset. I chose the Lodge due to the reviews and booked the Golden Cap Room which had great sea views. We were not disappointed. The room was spacious and luxurious and I have rarely had the joy of laying in bed and... More

We have just spent five nights at the Chesil Beach Lodge. We initially booked three nights at the start of our honeymoon and then asked to stay a further two because both the place and the location are fantastic. We spent the first three nights in the Hardy studio - beautiful! A very well appointed room with everything you need... More

We had a really lovely 2 night break here, our room was very spacious with a lovely view towards the sea, about 300 metres away. The bathroom was really luxurious and clean. We've never stayed anywhere before where you can have your breakfast in your room and it worked really well here, sitting at our table looking out towards the... More

Managed to get a 2 night mid-week break here at the end of October after trying several times without success for a room to be available at a weekend. Now I've visited here I can see why this place is always fully booked. We stayed in the Golden Cap room and wasn't disappointed. The dual aspect views of the beach... More

Having returned from a 3 night stay in the self-catering Lyme Bay apartment, I felt I had to write a review. We were greeted by both Cyril and Linda and shown our apartment. I was bowled over. So spacious, clean and everything we needed for our holiday. The views from the apartment are out of this world. Some other reviewers... More
