Our rooms were wonderful- very clean with lots of rooms. Hotel is very well maintained- Kept very clean. Pools are just wonderful. Towel service for pools and beaches provided. Four adults and one child (5 years old) were upgraded to the Grand Mayan as Mayan Palace was closed for renovations/construction and enjoyed a luxurious vacation for two weeks in October. We spent a week with our college age kids enjoying the weather and water of Nuevo Vallarta. The Grand Mayan was top notch! The gigantic statues in the entry area set the tone for the grandiose hotel.
