We spent 5 nights in late Jan 2013 and had a wonderful time. We received the resort credit and used a portion to upgrade our room. Love the new Vallarta Palace...Hard Rock Vallarta! Better than ever! Lots of new improvements. The Zen Restaurant has excellent service. Ask for Daniel...he is the best waiter!
