This was our eleventh trip to the Occidental Grand, and the first since the hotel was renovated. The rooms are now much improved with more storage space and much better beds and quieter AC. Spent 1 week at occidental in May. Definitely one of the best resorts to stay at with GREAT food and service by all the staff. Amenities are quite good with clean modern furnishings and design after the recent renos. The resort is one of the smaller places but still pleasant for a quieter getaway. Recommend!
