the lobby is nothing special and the front desk people are totally unconcerned and clueless....that being said...right in the heart of downtown, rooms very nice (especially like the front second floor rooms with very large balconies - but are more noisey on the street). For the money and location, terrific value. So the front desk people are clueless!
