We turned up at the hotel with a group of 14 people and they didn't have our reservation. We were given rooms all over the area one that you had to go through a tiny door to get to. Hotel Roma is a wonderful hotel to stay. it's noisy at times, but it's beautiful. I like it because it's very close to everything downtown. i would stay there again. more

In Durango, June '06. Selected Hotel Roma after looking at its website & the fact that their personnel were the fastest & most cooperative in responding to our inquiries.
