My wife and I are big fans of Mexico but this is the second Grand Palladium we've stayed at in as many years and they were both awful. First of all this ones not a 5 star. There Aren't many people from US. Most of the visitors are from Canada or Spain(may be they get a better deal for them as the owner's are from Spain). We stayed at the Grand Palladium Riviera Resort and Spa Feb 27-March 4th 2009. It was a little chilly at night ,take a sweater or jacket this time of the year.
