Just checking out of resort and their computer was down. Had to leave my credit card information to leave the resort. Do not feel very comfortable about this. Not the way I wanted to leave a delightful vacation!

This was my first trip to Mexico my husband and I had a wonderful time. The staff where wonderful the restaurants where excellent the people where very nice and made our stay very relaxing treated you like royalty....I for one will never feed into other peoples expriences must make your own judgement for yourself....

1. Too many 11% fees (gringo tax?)! 2. After protesting a $25 booking fee for a free chef's dinner we were still required to pay. 3. The hotel is run down and the level of personal attention has deteriorated.
