On my lates business trip my room was cancelled and re-asigned to someone else. The hotel manager said that since no luggage was letf at the room they figured I was gone. Stayed here 1 night on our way to the Huasteca Potosina area for some fun eco-adventure. We (more I) chose this hotel as used my points from my Banorte Mexican credit card and I have to admit, I dislike Mexican Banks so much so it was nice for me to feel that I finally got a ¨perk¨.
