No water at all. No electrecity was on generator but AC was not working. Useless staff. Didnt serve the breakfast till 9.00 am. Arrogant staff and manager. Was there for exams in DY Patil. My exams got ruined. Same thing had happened (no water) 6 months before but that time the manager told me it was for the first time.... More

Booked this hotel via Hostelbookers it is located in the wrong place Website says in Mumbai and it is in Navi Mumbai, totally a different town. My visit to Mumbai was totally spoiled due to that, as distances were too far Later, a taxi driver told me that this is not the first time and that hotel owner might do... More

First of all the manager is layer .Second, the hotel advertised completely wrong. On many web sites it says that hotel have complimentary wifi in the room but they don't !!!!! Very dirty rooms and very far from center ,50 km from airport (advertised 35 km).. VERY NASTY MANAGER ----- ANTONY!!!!!!!!!! More
