if you are going for a romantic getaway, be sure to not have to go to the bathroom as there is no door separating the room from the stall and the walls are not all the way. Our room was right under the dining room so all we could hear was the thumping of people walking and the loud laughter... More

I got a deal on Tuango (a Quebec deal website) for a one-night stay at this place. It was easy to find, lots of signs on the road. There is a long unpaved road to get to the auberge though, with lots of potholes so that was not very enjoyable. We were on that for about 5 minutes. Check-in was... More

It would take only some tweaking to take this property so-so to fantastic. On one hand, you have an amazingly beautiful location and awesome facilities, on the other hand, issues with room comfort, food and small but important details. I would love to see the place taken up a notch, it would be a great getaway spot for a few... More

Terrible experience. I have stayed in many many places and some 40.00 a night motels have way better service and facilities. Here's the list of awful things: Given smaller and different room than what we paid for. No fireplace as booked. Dead flies and insects in bath. Blinds in washroom broken so we could not take advantage of Jacuzzi bath as... More

Stayed a day in march. Area is very secluded and beautiful if you want some peace and quiet. I have no problems with the room or anything of that nature but the manage or owner and the employees were cold and had attitudes like we were bothering them and they were doing us a favor. I only went there cuz... More

We went there during late autumn, in family. We were pleased to receive an amazing service by the owners. The place is wonderfull, the room was very comfortable. Don't worry if the water is kind of brown-ish in your bath, they filter the lake water. No problem at all. More

A big thank you to Jacques and the staff. The food was very good. the lake tour in the canoe was fun. The room was neat and tidy everyday. A very nice atmosphere calm and friendly. View of the lake from our room. All in all a pleasant experience. Be prepared to drive a few kilometers on dirt road to... More

As our vacation time was coming to an end we decided to take it easy and just relax. Staying at the auberge was just wonderful. The owners are from France and were very welcoming. Dogs again are welcomed, they actually own a very beautiful back lab named Moka. She just loved hanging out with us and play with our 15... More

If you're looking for a quiet place in the woods for relaxing, this is the place for you. We went there at the end of September for a wedding but we're thinking of going back next year. We still have to try the spa and go on the lake canoeing! Food was good (I had wild boar for the first... More
