“Made an American feel at home”

It's not downtown, but cabs are cheap and this property was quite lovely. I only stayed a night. It had everything I needed, a nice room, nice restaurant, good pool, etc. The bathroom was also really terrific, far above what I expected. The hotel was amazing. The rooms were great. The pool was enjoyable. For those who want to relax without the beach, this is the place to go. The food was great, the breakfast was fantastic. They could improve on the bar scene. They had everything we needed.

We stayed here just to relax for one night. What a beautiful hotel! I am used to middle class hotels, but this definitely beat those by a mile. The whole staff was very friendly. The room was beautiful, with high quality sheets, beautiful furniture, speakers from the tv in the bathroom, a phone in the bathroom, and even a doorbell... More

It's a businessman's hotel located fifteen minutes from the centro. Even locals Mexicans asked why our agent hadn't booked us into one of the many charming hotels dowtown. In Mexico one often has a siesta and then goes out to walk around and find a place for dinner particularly in a city like Puebla that has a lovely colonial centro.... More
