It's not downtown, but cabs are cheap and this property was quite lovely. I only stayed a night. It had everything I needed, a nice room, nice restaurant, good pool, etc. The bathroom was also really terrific, far above what I expected. It's a businessman's hotel located fifteen minutes from the centro. Even locals Mexicans asked why our agent hadn't booked us into one of the many charming hotels dowtown. In Mexico one often has a siesta and then goes out to walk around and find a place for dinner particularly in a city like Puebla that has a lovely colonial centro....
