Do not be mislead by the great package prices.. The hotel is desperate for guest, they have cut staff, the food is barely edible, and the rooms are terrible.. I just came back from this resort , it was excellent...very very clean and excellent customer service. The view was amazing...better than many hotels in Cancun ....now for food was ok for breakfast, lunch and dinner were better. Next time I will try Riu Palace. Good job done Riu Santa Fe staff.
