The scale of this resort is breathtaking. We were told that there are 650 units in this unbelievable complex of swimming pools, restaurants, vacation facilities and moving golf carts. The large buildings in the complex start at the beach level and climb to the hights of a high hill several hundred feel above the Pacific. Everything is beautifully landscaped and... More

All the sunset cruises boats stop in front of PBSB, we were able to see sunrise and sunset from our balcony in addition the whales. Bistro meals are very good and great opportunity see whales sitting outside. You can not hear the cart once in your room and great advantage for those that can't walk. Drivers very polite. Free WIFI... More

We just returned from our 3rd trip to Sunset Beach. I was concerned prior to arriving after reading so many negative reviews about service and condition of the resort. After our stay, I really think that the negative reviewers must have stayed at a different resort! Despite the resort being nearly 100% occupied, we never felt any ill effects due... More

My wife and I have been to PB Sunset Beach twice now as guests. While the view is amazing and you do truly get the feel of being in a resort, rather than just a hotel, many small things add up to an inconvenient stay. Once you check in, you are immediately directed to a time share sales rep and... More

One might be led to believe from reading NuclearSlug’s remarks that guests not wishing to participate in a pool bash are somehow precluded from using the pools at PBSB. The weekly pool bash takes place once a week on Thursdays from noon to 3 pm, in the upper area of the Sky Pool. The lower area of the Sky Pool... More

Fantastic resort with all imaginable ammenities. Get a unit in a building close to the beach and you can watch the whales passing by from your balcony. Luxurious units and superior housekeeping make you not want to leave the resort. Trip to town requires a taxi (expensive in Cabo) or shuttle bus ride to the sister resorts and walk to... More

We live in this resort for 4 weeks every year in January and February in a Presidential Suite. We are always amazed at how beautiful the grounds are maintained. The suites are spacious with gorgeous views of the Pacific Ocean and we are afforded with daily incredible sunrises and sunsets. I agree with another reviewer that the WiFi is sad,... More

If you are looking for breath-taking views, 5 star service, great food and luxury every day... this is your place. We have been time share owners in Cabo for over 15 years ( we own at 3 different resorts) . Sunset Beach is at the top of the charts. It is on the pacific side of the Cabo, that means... More

The Pueblo Bonito is a great resort. Situated on the Pacific Ocean all the condos have water views. The rooms are clean, well-maintained and serviced quickly if any problems occur. Initially, we had one problem - the toaster stayed on all the time. We set off the fire alarm a few minutes after arriving but the office staff understood. The... More

I have owned since PB Sunset [multiple weeks] was a pile of dirt. After opening it has gone down hill in upkeep, service, and honoring what was going to be provided. For a "world class" resort, they have the worst internet that one would expect of a facility of this nature. The carts are betting slower and slower to get... More

We regret that our valued timeshare owner Fred W is less than satisfied. Some of his comments are puzzling though, coming from a 10-year repeat visitor and we encourage him to consult our weekly newsletter (also available online to timeshare owners) to clear up his misunderstandings regarding the optional $1 donation to the Letty Coppel Foundation and the reasons that... To be fair, we do own at Pueblo Bonito, but we wouldn't have bought if the property wasn't truly amazing. We have been a total of 4 times, and love it every time. The hotel staff is helpful and accommodating. The resort is beautiful and they have come up with creative ways to get you around, since the resort is... More
