We had the good fortune to book the Seaview Tavern for two nights during a week travelling around Donegal in June and it was a most memorable stay. The hotel's proximity to Malin Head (Bamba's Crown) was our principle reason for booking this hotel, but it was the great hospitality that we received that would bring us back next time... More

Our stay was in one of the Bree houses on the approach road to Malin Head. The room, seperate toilet and shower room were spotlessly clean. The attendance to detail was excellent, bottled water,tea/coffee making facility, biscuits and television. There was even a face cloth at the sink. You go back to the Seaview Tavern for breakfast, with views to die for.The breakfast is nicely cooked and well... A great location with perfect sea view. Our room was big and very comfortable. Michael and his wife very friendly and helpful and full of local knowledge - dont miss the breakfast talk! While you're there go to Malin head and have a coffee and a brownie form the mobile expresso wagon - fantastic!

We stayed for two nights for a family wedding. The rooms were lovely. Comfortable and warm, even though the climate wasn't. The breakfast was excellent and was followed by Michael the owner giving us great Information about the area and places of interest to visit. The restaurant menu was excellent value and very shift standard, especially the seafood. This place... More

Stayed here for two nights in April. Fantastic room with views over the ocean, very comfortable and spacious with big king size bed. The food at the seaview is superb. Big cooked breakfast enjoyed after a morning walk to the 'wee Malin house' and excellent dinners in the evening. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Make sure you drive... More

I've stayed in hotels which did not come near this " Bed and Breakfast". Great room ( we had the family room - I looked out over the sea from the bed on one side, to the mountains on the otherwitha - double and single bed) wonderful welcome, great restaurant on site, pub downstairs with a barmaid, Maura, who remonstrated... Wonderful welcome and hospitality. Great room which was very comfortable and had everything you need. The food was very good and well served. Educational lecture over breakfast was very enjoyable. One of the main reasons to visit has to be the position. What's not to like?

We've been to the Seaview Tavern a few times before for a drink or something to eat, so I already knew the location and the food would be great, but this was our first overnight in the B&B. Staff are so friendly here, nothing is too much trouble, we were able to check in before lunchtime and the room was... More
