I travelled to San Miguel de Allende with my husband and adult son in January 2012 . We were so lucky to come across Casa de La Questa where we spent 5 nights. The architecture of the house is beautiful, spaces the most tastefully decorated and filled with art and collectables. Heidi the owner has an artistic eye for design... More

Casa de la cuesta is the most cozy and pretty B&B possible! It is located on the top of a hill, so you get a wonderful view of the town, with its churches and colorful little houses. The entire place is decorated with the work of the best Mexican artists, making each corner special in its own way. I plan... More

Our week at Casa de la Cuesta was the best bed-and-breakfast experience my wife and I have ever experienced. The rooms are beautiful, sunny, and quiet, each one tastefully decorated with its own artisan craft theme. The patio views of the sunset and the city-in-lights are spectacular. The two-course Mexican breakfast changes daily, with every dish so delicious you demand... More

This B & B far exceeded our expectations. It is beautiful, arty, impeccable and situated just far enough from the hustle and bustle to feel restful and still be within walking distance of the Jardin. We are just sorry that we had not planned for a longer stay. The FANTASTIC breakfasts alone merited a longer stay! Whether you need a... More

WOW! That was the feeling I had as I came through the door and ascended the dramatic stairway featuring Mexican Ceremonial Masks, then coming into the first plant filled courtyard and up more steps into a grander art filled courtyard! It was morning. We were next welcomed into a magnificent kitchen with fireplace going to cut the early chill of... More

Len and I had no expectations other than the excellent recommendations by two of our friends so when we arrived late in the evening after a nine hour bus ride from Puerto Vallarta, we were greeted by Bill and Heidi as long lost cousins and ushered into the fabulous public rooms of the Casa with a glass of wine, I... This was our 4th time back to Casa de la Cuesta. That says it all right there. Why go anywhere else? Bill and Heidi are like family to us in fact they invited us to spend New Years Eve with them and their visiting family this year. They are the perfect balance for B and B hosts. They always greet... After a hectic day of travel, we arrived quite late and were greeted warmly by Heidi and Bill with a much needed glass of wine and a relaxing reception in their kitchen. Although our visit to San Miguel for the wedding we were attending was less then 48 hours, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Bill and Heidi provided excellent conversation... More

Hats off to Bill & Heidi for creating such a beautiful and comfortable B&B in San Miguel de Allende. The hotel has several courtyards, balconies and a cactus garden, all providing privacy for afternoon reading or evening cocktails. Our favorite was the rooftop terrace, with great sunset views over the lights and cathedrals of San Miguel. The rooms are tasteful,... More
