This is a nice small hotel with a lot of privacy. Rooms are badly decorated with 1960's pink and beige tones. The whole hotel needs a lifting, but it is still a nice place.

No doubt about it. This little hotel sums up what San Miguel de Allende is. The beautiful rustic and almost Spanish feel to a Mexican city. Very well kept, we had a little climb up some steps to our room, a dressing area and bedroom area, a quaint little bathroom with the usual artizan style taps and basin, flowers EVERYWHERE,...

We've stayed in several of the less expensive SMA hotels, some more than once. The Villa Mirasol is the class of the lot. Friendly staff, spotlessly clean, and an open, sunny ambience, thanks to the interior terraces. This hotel punches far above its weight class.

From the street this hotel looks quite plain. There is no parking, even for registration and check in. However, once inside, the hotel is quite nice. It was decorated for Christmas and had a comfortable feeling. Like other buildings in this part of Mexico, once inside a courtyard opens up to reveal a complex arrangement of hotel rooms. Each room...

First visit to S.M. in years and had no idea where to stay. Luckily found the hotel on Trip Advisor and decided to try it out after reading the reviews. I was not dissapointed! Nice hotel and great location. Off the main street which was nice but close enough to walk to the center of town and within walking distance...

This little quirky Mexican hotel with an amazing price that includes breakfast is to be highly recommended for its friendly, helpful staff, its lovely clean rooms with boiling hot water and air conditioning, minutes walking distance from the centre of town and the main square. Our favourite room is 'Bougainvillea' although all rooms are original and spotless.

This was my first time in San Miguel, and the city is beautiful. The Marisol Hotel was exceptional! This may not mean much to some, but the comforter on the bed smelled like laundry detergent, meaning it had been washed before our stay! The place was extremely clean, and the staff was very friendly. The hotel is a few blocks...

My husband and I stayed at Villa Mirasol for 10 days last February, while we were getting our own apartment in San Miguel furnished. I learned about it from my Spanish teacher, a local SMA resident who had been giving lessons to a hotel resident and gave high praise to graciousness of the staff she had met there. She was...

I recently completed a second stay at Villa Mirasol Hotel. Once again I was pleased with the hotel in every way. In San Miguel there are many nice places to stay. There are certainly fancier and more expensive places to stay than Villa Mirasol. However, I will continue to stay here because of the great value for the money. This...

Highly recommended. I stayed at Villa Mirasol with my daughter for a week so she could practice her Spanish. We had a wonderful time. The hotel is spotless, the breakfast delicious, the staff friendly and helpful. We required an emergency ambulance ride to the hospital due to a medication reaction, where my daughter was observed overnight and discharged the next...
