Positives: Incredible large and beautiful rooms, excellent food. Staff was friendly, eager to provide good service, but not pushy or annoying. Large, attractive pool. Negatives: No beach. The hotel had a contract with a nice nearby beach resort and free transportation to and from. Marble floors are extremely slippery. Several people slipped. more

This was our first travel alone for my wife and I. Since we arrived we're treated a royalty! Rooms or better said; Suites are phenomenal, the jacuzzi in the balcony was a great. Our stay at Blue Tulum was perfect! We were pampered the whole time by the lovely staff. The restaurant is great and so is the fitness center. I recommend this hotel to anyone wishing for a memorable vacation. more
