The best thing about the hotel is the service. The staff greeted us with champagne as we arrived, which was a pleasant start to our vacation. The concierge was very helpful. This is our first trip to Tulum. Our group was small, and we were there for a wedding. Postives: Low tourist season, so nearly empty resort, restaurants and beach.
