Stayed there for 4 nights. We had a blast at this place!!! It was one of the best experiences of my life. Everyone working at the hotel was so nice and caring, it's a really friendly environment. The shared bathroom is charming and was clean everytime I used it.I wouldn't stay anywhere else for the price. It is really a good... More

We stayed one week in May at Coco and had such a relaxing time. At the time of booking all the beach cabanas were reserved so we stayed in cabana 19 for the first 3 nights which is on the ground and set back from the beach about 75 yards. Then we switched to cabana 20, upstairs which had a... More

We stayed at the torre 3 which is one of the only 3 rooms with bathroom, it was really great, nice terrace with an amazing view; very nice service. I was affraid of the other rooms with no bathroom but the common bathrooms were very clean and ample. The best... The restaurant Juanita Diavola!!! Make sure you try the marinara... More

Hi Juanita! Thank you so much for your nice review. We're very happy to hear you enjoyed everything at Coco Tulum. Tower 3 is definitely our best room --- huge terrace! Chef Benjamin, at Juanita Diavola, appreciates your compliments on the food. Our very best, More

My husband and I stayed for a week at Coco Tulum in May. First of all, you cannot beat the prices for Coco. We were very happy with the location and the view. We were in Cabana 2, which we loved! It is one of the 2nd floor cabanas, directly on the ocean. The breeze never had us missing a/c,... More

We spent three nights at coco tulum last week and enjoyed our stay. We stayed in cabana 26 which is close to reception and has its own little garden with a hammock in it. The accomodation and shared toilets were kept very clean and the whole place has a trendy vibe. However staying by the beach is expensive, food is... More

Another greatt review for this place! We looked at pretty much every place on the beach in Tulum and wanted a balance of afforability, location and size...and this fit the bill perfectly. PROS: You CANNOT beat the price for it. We visited friends staying nextdoor and for the same price their place did not compare. We stayed in Cabana 1... More

We have now fixed the problem with the license --- a little misunderstanding, sorry about that! When you come by next time, the first two margaritas are on me for sure! Thanks :) More

This place was a pleasant surprise, and an absolute steal for the price. We actually ended up moving to this hotel due to red tide at our original place, where we were being charged more than double per night than the cost of CoCo. They are on a wonderful stretch of white sandy beach and turquoise ocean, with plenty of... More

We stayed for three nights the beginning of May. This was out second time at Coco Tulum. I will say the addition of the sliding door and patio with chairs and table to the cabanas, and the restaurant are great new features! However, the upkeep of the shared bathrooms is not what it used to be. It looks like they... More

Dear guest, Thank you very much for your feedback. We have taken note of your comments around the shared bathrooms cleaning. Now we have a person exclusively in charge of cleaning the area throughout the day. I will check about the misunderstanding with the check in - perhaps there was a lack of communication between the cleaning staff and fron... More
