We were looking for a place to stay in Tulum without going to the overpriced cabanas near the beach. As we are traveling around, we were looking for a place to stay but during the day we would go out. We thus not require much comfort but a good night of sleep and a decent shower. As most accomodation in... More

We stayed at this motel on April 2nd, 2011 to April 10th, 2011. It provides with very basic ammenities, it's not fancy but comfortable. Some rooms do not have A/C. They don't serve breakfast and there is hardly any parking space available for the amount of rooms that the motel has. There is no TV available in any room. Some... More

There are 2 Kin Ha's. Puebla is in town, very small and very inexpensive. Kin Ha PLAYA is on the beach and very expensive [ for me]. Some of the other reviews are for PLAYA and not PUEBLA. I thought Kin Ha Puebla was wonderful. Small and personal with very friendly staff. More

Visited tulum, mexico last April for 6 days, went to the ruins which were ok, doesn't take too long to get around the grounds but did discover a great beach after I signed up for a little snorkling trip. The particular beach was playa mariachi, nice little restaurant, great music and wonderful scenery, Best thing about the beach was there... More

My husband and I booked this hotel for the price and decent reviews given on TripAdvisor. However, when we arrived, we were extremely disappointed at how terrible and dilapidated this hotel was. The hotel is located in a bad neighborhood and it is absolutely not worth the $65USD we paid per night. At best, they should charge $200 pesos a... More

Hotel is in nice location in Tulum. It's in quite arrea. I guess all of the Tulum is expensive, but this hotel was well overpriced for what we expected. We have travelled nearly 3 weeks in Mexico staying in 9 different places and this was one of the most expensive one and of the dirtiest. We had 2 COCROACHES in... More

A small hotel with the clean rooms around the garden, where in the morning you can eat a simple continental breakfast in a nice atmosphere. Every room has it's own hammock in the garden :) The staff is really helpful! And we felt very safe all the time. It is situated in Pueblo - just few steps from the main... More

Let me preface this review by saying that we didn't stay anywhere else in Tulum. So as far as how this compares to the rest of the hotels in the city, I have no idea. Hotel Kin Ha was just okay. It was right in the pueblo, clean, there was a bed, the bathroom worked...mostly. It was definitely pricey for... More

We had just 1 night in this very comfortable hotel on mid June 2010. The structure is owned and managed by an Italian guy from Rome, the rooms are clean and the service is really friendly. Right in the centre of Tulum city, well added within the locals life, so very good located to reach the clubs and restaurants during... More
