I booked the Hotel Cielo because of the good reviews on Trip Advisor but unfortunately the hotel did not live up to its billing. Problems included the following:
-I paid for a queen but got a double bed.
-the hot water in the shower was undependable.
-the only piece of furniture in the room besides the bed was one small...

Just stumbled upon El Cielo in Playa and could not have found better. The beds and pillows were the best we experienced while touring the Riviera and the hotel is only a rock's through away. The staff was very friendly and the room well priced. We got more then our money's
worth. We will return.

We stayed here one night until our condo was ready. Wished we had stayed longer!
