On the first night some people entered laughing into our room at about 12 am when we were already asleep because the hotel mistakenly gave our room to other people. Reserved and was guaranteed in an email two-nights in a pool facing deluxe room. Arrived and was told at check in by a RUDE clerk that we were only booked for one night and the hotel was fully booked.
