I've stayed at the condo two or three time now, and it's definitely at the very top of my list if it's available. Walking in for me is like coming home after a long vacation. The condo is adequate, and very clean but it's not a luxury suite.The condo is well equipped, comfortable and an easy walk to Mamitas beach.... More

We have stayed in Palma Xiat 4 times in the past 7 years. We love the property, the mexican decor and the friendliness and helpful on-site staff.
