We stayed at the Reef last two weeks of April, we really enjoyed our stay, everything was very clean, the room was nice, bed was lovely and comfortable, towels changed daily. I guess if I had to say something bad ...our refrigerator was only stocked the first day! Nice hotel, rooms were clean, food was good,everyone was friendly, drinks were good, the grounds were very nice, they had very good ice cream in the afternoons. We walked to 5th Avenue twice.

Its a small resort 200 rooms but by being small you get excellent service from all their employees. No waiting for food or drinks.All the employees have smiles and are friendly. This is a smaller resort, which makes for a great vaca. Very accommodating. We upgraded and our room was newer and very nice. Upgrades included a coffee maker, safe, 2 robes in the room. The food was good, smaller buffet - but good. If you go there, seek out Mario and Eric - they will make your stay much more... More
