Service at this hotel was the best we have ever had from the bar staff to the cleaners. Very friendly and the english was very good. Became seriously ill on Dec-27 at hotel's outdoor restaurant. Lost two days vacation time and cost of pre-paid excursion activity, but hotel insists no one ever gets sick there. This place is outdated, dirty rooms (horrible towels, blood on blanked, cockroaches, ants and lots of mosquitos in our room).
