No photos or words can do this place justice. David is not only an excellent host, but a true artist as well. It's been a month since our visit, and we're still in awe of this place. We felt that we lived in a work of art. The two guest rooms are separated from the main house by a beautiful...

We have stayed in a number of B&Bs in Merida on previous trips and Los Arcos is indeed number one in our book. David is a gracious host, the house is beautiful, the location excellent, breakfasts yummy, etc., We had a wonderful time in Merida and staying at Los Arcos was the icing on the cake.

We stayed for 3 glorious nights - and breakfasts!! - in this lovely oasis in Merida. Everything about our stay was perfect, thanks to David and his thoughtfulness. The place is exquisite in every detail. Would go back in a heartbeat!!! Merida is a charming city to explore as well.

Every review says this, but David's hospitality is indeed unparalleled. He is welcoming, generous, and genuinely interested in enriching his guests' experience in Merida -- always ready with recommendations and help. The delicious breakfasts are amazing (almost too much!). The place is like a museum and a gallery, with a fascinating, eclectic art collection, including David's own works, which reveal...

We stayed one night and wish we had stayed longer. We loved the location, our room, the gorgeous garden, and the company. And we benefited from David's incredible hospitality. Our next trip to the Yucatan will begin in Merida, at Los Arcos B&B.

Stayed four nights at Los Arcos. The location is central and close to everything. Loved walking to see all the sights and being able to return to our room anytime. The owner, David, is a great host. He will take all the time you need to answer all your questions, make suggestions on places to go/see, and how to go...

We stayed three nights at David's quirky B&B in Merida. As other reviewers have noted, the house is a museum-like, filled with artifacts and paintings, and provides quite a feast for the eyes. The room was comfortable, with AC if needed, and stocked with plenty of bottled water (refreshed daily). Since the rooms are located behind the main house, they...

this is by far the most memorable of the entire Merida visit. David's house is like a living museum. Every inch of the wall space is packed with artifacts, paintings (some of them are done by himself) and sculptures. Rooftop patio is a great add on. You could see the city in 360 degree. The best part is the personalized...

Based on all the positive reviews my wife and I booked two nights at Los Arcos to treat ourselves at the end of our trip to the Yucatan. And what a treat! The artifacts and collections in the main hall are amazing, as is its architecture and style. The inner courtyard on the way to the guest rooms is a...
