Lodged at this property in June of 2011 for 3 nights. Recently renovated is in good shape, clean and well maintained. Location is close to one of the important areas of Merida, Paseo de Montejo. This new small hotel of only eight or nine rooms is ideally located to the activities in central Merida. The contemporary design makes great use of space. The showers are large in an otherwise small, but well-appointed, bathroom. The value is unbeatable as are the two staff members at the reception desk. We'd definitely return if we're in Merida again.
