Very nice boutique hotel unfortunately the rooms were freezing at night, we had no hot water and they could not fix it. There is a fire place in the room but did not help. More

Some rooms have bathtubs and they are kept very clean so I felt comfortable taking relaxing baths, something I hesitate to do in other hotels. There is a nice pool which is nice to swim in after the heat in Merida. The hotel has only gotten better since my first stay many years ago. More

Stayed here for 2 nights. The room was uncomfortable and unbelievably noisy. There was a connecting room in which the occupant smoked constantly. No effort had been mad to seal the connecting door.
