My companion and I stayed here in December of 2011 just before Christmas. The proximity of the hotel to the main square could not be beat. The service from the front desk staff was average. Could not sleep 3 out of 5 nights due to holiday parties in the ballroom. The walls and windows were paper thin and sleeping was... More

I have stayed in this hotel for 4 nights and the stay was pretty good. The Customer service was great. I have got lot of help from the staff on the restaurants, directions, arranging a taxi, etc. Thank you Johnny and all the rest of the staff. You guys are doing a great job. The room was OK with nice... More

My wife, daughter and I stayed here for 5 nights. Overall I think it was "okay". We had planned to stay for just the first night or two and then find a new place. Merida was such a great experience for us that we didn't want to take the time to search for a new place and move. I think... More

two nights spent in this clean and comfortable hotel which represents good value for money. It is dated and a little threadbare in places but when you spend 2 nights for 2 people in comfortable rooms for $1050 ( Pesos) near the centre of town you have to look on this positively. I would stay here again but I would... More

Four of us stayed here last weekend and we were all very impressed with the quality for the value. We thought the restaurant was great too - we didn't indulge in the buffet but did try the huevos motulenos for breakfast - yummy! My friend said they are the best he has ever had!! The staff are very friendly and... More

Good choice if you want to stay in the colonial part of the city. Not fancy, but clean and pleasant and operates with amazing efficiency. The restaurant was good for breakfast, the pool is large and clean with comfortable lounge chairs and towels if you ask. Large, well-lit and guarded parking lot. Easy walk to the square, sights and restaurants.... More

This is in a perfect location just a couple blocks from center square. If you are driving to Merida this hotel is a good choice because they have a big off street parking lot. The service is excellent! The rooms and bathrooms are dated, but very clean. We had breakfast in the hotel restaurant and it was wonderful, I highly... More
