Hotel Cozumel and Resort is an older hotel. The staff is constantly cleaning, painting, and improving the buildings and grounds(with minimal inconvenience to the guests). They have the largest swimming pool on the island with a bar and hot food available from 10:00am to close. My family and I stayed at the Hotel Cozumel and Resort for one week. We had an excellent time. The hotel was clean and inviting, The location was wonderful for scuba diving. We had an all inclusive package which was pretty descent for the money. We will definitely stay here again. The pool and activities were great for our daughter. more

The resort isn't that terrible, we have just stayed at the Palace resorts, and have become spoiled. There was no comparison!!!!! I think what really got me was that for $300.00 more bucks we could have stayed at the Cozumel Palace again and had a better experience. The service was incredible! I have been traveling for years and I have never had so much fun, The entertainment was EXCELLENT!!! Anjel and Julio from Animacion were attentive and incredibly talented!!! WOW, what a great time. Cannot wait to come back, for a longer period of time this time. more
