My wife and two college age daughters stayed at the Cozumel Palace from 12/24-29. It was a great place. The staff was uniformly helpful and friendly. We stayed in a junior suite (oceanside) room, which was very comfortable. The facilities were in great shape and you always saw someone cleaning something. We just got back from a week at Cozumel Palace. The staff is incredible. They are the nicest and most attentive staff at a resort I have ever seen.
