I read several of the reviews prior to leaving for my vacation, which made me nervous. Some reviews were good, and some were bad. After staying at the Great Parnassus, I must say, all of the good reviews must be equal to the old saying, “misery loves company”. On the positive side. Front line staff very good and the rooms well laid out and good facilities for young children but that is where it ends. The Hotel is designed similar to a cruise ship. your vacation is always what you make it,great food overall some restraunts were closed,had a great time had a couple mishaps,had a problem with the air they tried to accomodate me by moving to another room loved my ocean suite was on the balcony at all times of the day and night more

What an amazing holiday, every thing was fantastic, the hotel is huge and everyone is really nice and friendly. The rooms were cleaned every day . We booked through Travelocity and got a great price, although the cost of the taxi fare to and from the airport to the hotel was not included. you can wait around outside the airport and share the cost of the taxi, we didn't want to do that and paid $50, Ask the hotel to book you a taxi to return... more
