This was the most unpleasant experience we have ever had with an all-inclusive resort. The rooms were marginal, the service was bad (2 - 3 hr wait at lunch & dinner), and food was HORRIBLE. Had to ask for washclothes, and one day room was not serviced until after 5 PM. Staff was not fluent in English. more

People did not speak very good English. It was hard to commumicate. Everyone was pressuring you to buy time share or tours to the ridiculous point. The hotel was rated a 3 star but in U.
